Dear Patients, Friends, and Family,
We are pleased to announce some exciting changes at South County Eye Care that we believe will improve the quality of services we provide to you and your family, as well as help move our office into the 21st century of eye care.
For years we have been looking for the right partners for our practice that would share our philosophy of patient care and exemplify the values that we stand for. We believe we have found the perfect “fit” for our office in Dr. Justin Michaels and his wife, Dr. Josephine Vu, and when you meet them, we think you will understand why. Dr Michaels and Dr. Vu bring to our office exceptionally strong educational and clinical training and a passion for top level patient care. In addition, and most importantly, they bring a commitment to providing personal, individualized care to each and every patient.
We have partnered with Dr. Michaels and Dr. Vu and look forward to helping them begin taking on the leadership roles here at South County Eye Care. Dr. Michaels and Dr. Vu will gradually assume operational control and management of the office and will be seeing patients on a fulltime basis. While we will have the opportunity to reduce or hours and begin enjoying “semi-retirement” with our families, we will still be seeing patients “part-time” into the future.
Dr. Michaels and Dr. Vu come to us with impressive academic credentials, with exceptional clinical experience, and with strong leadership skills gained through their many elected positions in student government. They do share our philosophy of personalized patient care and believe as we do that their patients’ welfare and satisfaction are foremost in every decision they make. They enjoy the “family” feeling that we have at South County Eye Care and are committed to fostering that feeling in all of their actions.
